Terms & Policies

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before pickup.
  • Once garments are collected, cancellation attracts a 20% handling fee.
  • If we damage or lose a garment, we compensate up to 10x the service charge for that item.
  • Refunds for prepaid packs are prorated based on unused balance.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Service Terms

  • Standard turnaround time is 48 hours from pickup. Express service delivers within 24 hours.
  • Garments must be claimed within 30 days of completion. Unclaimed items may be donated to charity.
  • We inspect all garments before processing. Pre-existing damage will be documented and communicated.
  • Stain removal is attempted on a best-effort basis. Some stains may be permanent depending on fabric and age.
  • Delicate items (silk, cashmere, embroidery) are handled with extra care; specific instructions are welcome.

Privacy Policy

We collect your name, phone number, email and address solely for order processing and delivery. Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment information is handled securely through Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@brightbubbles.com.
