Standard orders are cleaned, pressed and delivered within 48 hours of pickup. Our Express service returns your clothes within 24 hours for a 1.5× rate — perfect for last-minute events.
We currently serve Hinjawadi (Phase 1, 2 and 3), Maan, Wakad, Pimple Saudagar, Balewadi, Baner and surrounding areas. Free pickup and delivery included for every order.
Yes — doorstep pickup and delivery are free for every order, regardless of size. There are no minimum order charges.
Yes. Silk sarees, cashmere, embroidery and formal wear are handled with extra care. Specific instructions are welcome — tell us at pickup or in the app and we'll note it on the order.
We accept UPI, cash, card, wallet credits, and online payment via Razorpay. Pay at pickup, on delivery, or online — your choice.
Every garment is inspected before processing and any pre-existing damage is documented. In the rare case we damage or lose an item, we compensate up to 10× the service charge for that item.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before pickup. Once garments are collected, cancellation attracts a 20% handling fee. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
